Dallin A. Larsen, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Dallin brings to MonaVie the value of Direct Selling and nutritional product expertise, acquired through an impressive 17+ years experience in these domains. The 1990’s saw Dallin leading a network marketing concern involved in nutrition products to a remarkable growth, elevating the company from start-up to achieve yearly sales of $120 million. Dallin’s contribution to MonaVie is far tremendous than this achievement. MonaVie has been successful in accomplishing much within a short period of time under the expert leadership of Dallin. Dallin believes in the significance of distributing agents, and has functioned in the capacity of a director for Washington DC’s Direct Selling Association Board.

Henry Marsh, Founder and Vice Chairman

Complementing his impressive credentials in Law and Economics are Henry’s glorious athletic achievements. A 4-time track and field Olympian for the U.S., Henry’s athletic career includes 4 records for America and a World No.1 title for 3 years. He has been a consultant for the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and was Salt Lake Olympic Committee’s board of trustees member during the Winter Games of 2002. Henry has also served in the capacity of U.S. Olympic Committee’s executive board member. Henry’s professional career is equally remarkable, which has seen him apply his expertise in law and economics.

Randy Larsen, President of Asia Pacific, Founder and Vice Chairman of MonaVie

From carrying out negotiations for the first açai deal to contributions made to the Company in the capacity of MonaVie’s first Chief Operating Officer, Randy’s association with MonaVie has been significant. As one of MonaVie’s core team members, Randy’s role in establishing MonaVie’s fundamental business model and working, including the development of the initiative for sustainable harvest of Amazonian Rainforest, has been paramount. The Amazonian Rainforest harvesting initiative is currently helping the local population earn a livelihood while simultaneously preserving the rainforest. Randy is at present functioning in the capacity of president for MonaVie’s Asia Pacific market. Randy has also had the experience as an entrepreneur, having led retail chains, restaurants, as well as other small-sized businesses across the U.S., to success. He is also on the board of several diverse companies, as a member. Randy’s career profile shows a whopping 25+ years active experience in nutritional product development and 16+ years experience in the direct sales industry.

Dell Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer

Dell adds value to MonaVie with his impressive leadership qualities and tremendous business development expertise. In the capacity of a product development director for a network marketing concern currently in the billion-dollar companies list, Dell introduced several new products for the health and wellness market on a global level. Till recently, as a founding partner for a market-leading global consulting firm delivering healthcare strategy solutions, Dell helped clients gain a competitive edge in an environment of volatile reimbursement structures and rising competition. Preceding the current status of President and Chief Operating Office is Dell’s role as an advisor and general manager of MonaVie, which witnessed his immense contribution in advancing the company. Dell’s impressive educational credentials include a MBA from Northwestern University’s distinguished Kellogg Graduate School of Business, and a BS awarded by Brigham Young University.

Devin Thorpe, Chief Financial Officer

An experienced executive, Devin has proved his expertise in several corporate financial roles, including that of a treasurer for a direct sales firm. Before his association with MonaVie, Devin was the managing director of the regional investment bank, Thorpe Capital, which came into being in 2000 with Devin himself as the founder. He has also been as one of the staff members of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee located in Washington DC. Devin holds a MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management of Cornell University, and a BS in finance awarded by the University of Utah.
