Dallin A. Larsen
Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer
Dallin has worked in direct sales and with nutritional products for more than two decades, and his valuable knowledge and insight has helped make MonaVie the No. 1 fastest growing company in Utah.* Behind Dallin’s leadership, MonaVie was recognized as the No. 1 fastest growing company in the Inc. 500 Food & Beverage category† in only its fifth year of existence. Henry Marsh
Founder and Vice Chairman
Henry is a four-time U.S. Olympian in track and field. During his athletic career, he set four American records and was ranked No. 1 in the world for three years. He has consulted with the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, served as a member of the executive board for the U.S. Olympic Committee, and was a member of the board of trustees for the Salt Lake Olympic Committee during the 2002 Winter Games. While running and leaping his way through college and international sporting competitions, Henry also earned economics and law degrees that he has put into practice throughout his impressive career.
Randy Larsen
President of Asia Pacific, Founder and Vice Chairman of MonaVie
From negotiating the first açai deal to serving as MonaVie’s first Chief Operating Officer, Randy has been integral in establishing MonaVie’s core business functions, including our sustainable harvesting initiative for the Amazon Rainforest. This initiative is providing employment to hundreds of families living along the Amazon River and saving the rainforest. Currently, Randy’s main concentration is serving as president over our markets in the Asia Pacific region. Randy is a successful entrepreneur, who has owned and operated restaurants, retail chains, and other small businesses throughout the United States. He also serves as a board member for several different companies. Randy has been actively involved in the development of nutritional products for 25-plus years and has been involved in the direct selling industry for more than 16 years.
Dell Brown
President
Dell brings a wealth of experience in business development and leadership to MonaVie. As the director of product development for a now billion dollar network marketing company, he successfully launched dozens of new products in the competitive global health and wellness market. Dell was most recently a founding partner of a global, market share leading, healthcare strategy consulting firm, assisting clients in achieving competitive advantage amidst changing reimbursement models and growing competition. Prior to earning the title of President and COO, Dell served as an advisor to and general manager of MonaVie, where he was instrumental in advancing the remarkable growth of the company. Dell received an MBA from the prestigious Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and holds a BS from Brigham Young University.
Jeff Cohen
Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff’s more than 25 years of strategic marketing experience have earned him a national reputation for creating “transformative engagement””between a company and its customers. He’s played key roles in several industries, and has led worldwide marketing and communications strategies for such prominent brands as CBS, NBC, Coca-Cola, and Valvoline. He’s also credited with introducing the CNBC and TNT cable networks. Outside of the entertainment arena, Jeff created many innovations in the technology world, including Customer Communications Management for Pitney Bowes, eBill for CheckFree, Online Account Management & Billing for edocs, and Interactive Collateral Management (digital collateral) for zmags. He played a pivotal role in creating consumer packaged goods marketing and promotions for Kellogg’s, and was the primary architect for both the digital signature and digital collateral movements of several Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has been named as a member of the United States Olympic Committee.
Rob Ferguson
Chief Information Officer
As a senior information technology executive, Rob brings 20 years of IT experience and a track record of success delivering profit-driven technology solutions to the MonaVie team. Before joining MonaVie in 2006, Rob gained valuable experience in a variety of positions with Microsoft, and as a senior consultant for Deloitte & Touche. This experience would help him develop MonaVie’s once small IT shop into a world-class IT organization, servicing 21 markets with full international ecommerce solutions. Today, as MonaVie Chief Information Officer, Rob works directly with key markets and leaders to ensure MonaVie’s systems meet the needs of its distributors worldwide. He also directs the company’s global technology strategy and provides guidance relative to emerging technologies that will improve processes, increase efficiencies, and provide high-quality solutions for MonaVie distributors and corporate users worldwide.
Kale Carlile
Chief Operations Officer
Beginning his career at MonaVie as Managing Director of Distribution and Logistics, Kale brought a wealth of knowledge with him. He began his professional life as a General Manager, providing operational and financial leadership for a bakery chain. He moved on to become the Director of Procurement, Distribution and Vendor Relations, increasing productivity by 23 percent in one year. Kale’s next role, as Vice President of Purchasing, gave him the opportunity to introduce and lead the implementation of the formal company purchase order process and methodology, reducing overall expenses by 10 percent. Before being named Chief Operations Officer, Kale served as the Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for global logistics and the contact center. In addition, Kale now also has responsibility for MonaVie’s supply chain management and product management. Kale earned his MBA from the University of Utah and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (Economics minor) from Weber State University.
Jeff Graham
President of North America
Jeff has been with MonaVie since just after its inception in 2005, initially serving as the company’s managing director of product development before being named Vice President of Product Management in 2008. Considered to be an expert on the sourcing, harvesting, processing and formulating of the acai berry and other superfruits, Jeff is an integral part of the MonaVie team and has been instrumental in the formulation of MonaVie products. With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Jeff has established himself as an expert in formulating market-leading, science-based nutritional products, and as a trusted voice of authority among distributors. In addition, as MonaVie President of North America, Jeff focuses on advocating MonaVie business and product opportunities within the United States and Canada.
