The Growth of MonaVie

In just a few short years MonaVie has become one of the leading network marketing companies in the world. Its nutritional drinks are resulting in high revenue growth and it is expanding into new markets all the time. When a network marketing company is this hot it is sure to attract a lot of people interested in becoming distributors.
Many network marketing companies are attracting interest in this current economy as people see once steady job markets dry up and the unemployment ranks rise. Many people who have worked for years for a traditional company now want to try something new, like becoming a distributor for a company like MonaVie.
Many people saw earlier generations of their families work one job for their entire life. Their dad might have started at a plant after high school and thirty years later retired with a nice pension and health benefits. Those days are gone. Today people must create their own success and many are doing it with network marketing companies like MonaVie.
Although MonaVie is a network marking company and has some of the same business strategies as old style MLMs, its leaders have built in their own unique strategies. Founder and owner Dallin Larsen recently explained in Inc. Business Newsletter MonaVie’s philosophy toward distributors:
“When we developed the company, we said, “Let’s create a compensation plan where you don’t have to be Superman to achieve success.” The plans in the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s forced people to constantly find people to sponsor. In our company, the average person who sponsors just two people can earn some money. They’re not knocking door to door or having to stock up on thousands of dollars’ worth of product. There are some people making an extra $1,000 a month, some making an extra $1,000 a year.”
This strategy allows each distributor to decide for themselves their level of involvement in the company and their investment. They even offer distributors opportunities to take part in marketing, as seen in their current MonaVie EMV promotion where distributors post product related videos to YouTube and the videos with the most views win great prizes.
MonaVie has unique giveaways and performance awards including luxury cars and exotic trips. A new award has been set up with Virgin Galactic and the winner will get to go into outer space.
MonaVie also works to create a competitive compensation plan. And the plan is open to change if needed. When MonaVie first started it had eight levels of distributors. As people kept reaching the top this was changed and now there are eighteen levels a distributor goes through before reaching the top, an elite tier reached only twice called Crowne Black Diamond.
In addition to traditional network marketing meetings and events, MonaVie also holds regional and open meetings where distributors can interact with the corporate team and network with other distributors. These are also available via live webcast for those who cannot attend in person. And there is a large distributor support group called MonaVie On the Move which has its own newsletter. MonaVie appears to offer a lot of support and compensation to its distributors.
